Walkout Intros Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of Walkout Intros (“we,” “us,” or “the App”), an iOS application developed by Christian Festa LLC.

By downloading, installing, or using Walkout Intros, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

Walkout Intros lets you create professional stadium-style walk-up intros using AI-generated voice scripts paired with songs from Apple Music or your library. Play full team lineups in order for games. Free users have team and player limits. Walkout Intros Pro (monthly or yearly subscription with a 1-week introductory offer) removes those limits and unlocks voice selection.

License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use Walkout Intros solely for your personal, non-commercial use on your own iOS devices. This license is subject to your compliance with these Terms.

User Accounts & Data

Walkout Intros requires no account or login. All teams, players, lineups, and saved intros stay on your device. We collect almost no personal data (see our Privacy Policy for full details). The only temporary data sent is the text you provide for AI voice generation, which is deleted immediately after processing.

In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

Walkout Intros Pro is available through auto-renewing monthly or yearly subscriptions handled exclusively by Apple. Both plans include a 1-week introductory offer. All billing, cancellations, and refunds are managed by Apple via your App Store account. We do not receive or store any payment information.

Free version includes team and player limits. Pro removes those limits and unlocks additional AI voice choices.

Restrictions

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or reverse-engineer any part of the App.
You may not use Walkout Intros for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
You may not use the AI generation feature to create content that violates any third-party rights or is otherwise harmful or offensive.

Content & Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the custom scripts, player names, and songs you use in the App. The AI-generated voices and curated elements are provided “as-is.” We do not guarantee that generated intros will be error-free or suitable for every event.

Disclaimers

The App is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that AI voice generation will always be available, accurate, or match your expectations, or that the App will work with every song or device configuration.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Christian Festa LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of Walkout Intros, including any issues with AI-generated content or playback during live events.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use of Walkout Intros after changes are posted in the App or on this page means you accept the updated Terms. We will notify you of material changes via an in-app alert.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to Walkout Intros at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, you must stop using the App and delete it from your devices.
